This workshop is a beginner level workshop, and is intended to teach the basics of python, a programming language that is widely used in a variety of fields from business to engineering. This workshop has two pre-requisite videos which will help guide you through the installation and setup for a development environment for the workshop, and to walk you through the interface of the development environment that will be used for the workshop. Once you have watched both of these videos and set up your environment, you are ready to attend the workshop. The first workshop will cover the very basics of programming in python. Upon completion of the beginner workshops, attendees may attend office hours to request help with personal projects or to learn more about python. Attendees may also attend more advanced python workshops after completing this workshop.
